		<description>A steak well done is better for your health vs any meat not cooked all the way through. Red/pink meat just sits in your intestine waiting on a day to breakdown in your digestive system, and can also cause a lot of intestinal and stomach problems.</description>

		<description>I my steaks well done because they don't fill your body with parasites. I was told by my doctor and several other health proffessionals that meat should be cooked well done in order to avoid the rapidd spreading of parasites in the body, which can lead to lymphedema and many other health problems. I am not sure how you prepare your steak, but whenever I cook my steak, whethr it be on the grill or stove top, trust me mine is always tender and juicy. I think a good chef can prepare meat the way the customer requests an it be good everytime. To an ametuer yes you would get shoe leather, but to an individual that knows what they are doing, they can produce, a good quality tender, juicy, well done piecee of meat. Try cooking it low and slow.</description>
