Like every red-blooded guy I like beer, girls, and grilling. On this new blog I hope to write about all three but mostly about the third but I’ll probably dabble in the first two from time to time.

Ever since I discovered the smokey flavor of a well seared steak, I’ve fallen in love with the charcoal fueled grill. Simple and sweet, the smokey flavors imparted onto a well cut piece of meat by smoldering charcoal is unmatched as any champion griller, of which I cannot consider myself one, will attest to.

Please enjoy my writings as I embark on a wonderful journey to grow from a grill charring padawan to a grill maestro!
