Grill Maestro

The Carnival of the Vanities had a little drama this week when the original host opted to hand-select only a few posts much to the outrage of Laurence Simon at This Blog Is Full of Crap. My post about grill grates never made the first uber-elite Carnival but Laurence put me up front as the the reason for the carnival! Thanks man!

This blog is young, it’s about grilling, and it’s currently spring. If you look in the archives it’s pretty brief (but I do have an About page) because I started it deep in the dark depths of winter but now that the weather is getting nicer and I have both a gas and charcoal grill hopefully the learning will accelerate.
