Grill Maestro

This ten minute video by the Illinois BBQ Society pits the Weber Smokey Mountain against newcomer ProQ Excel 20. It goes into every aspect of the grill, including a video overview of the whole smoker. They’re virgin smokers too, they haven’t been used yet. I have the WSM and love it.

Here’s part two. A solid tip from Part 2 is that most people replace the stock WSM water pan with one from a Brinkmann.
