When I was a kid, I once grilled hamburgers in below zero whether. Why? Well, why not? It's never too cold to grill! It took a bit longer than usual, but nothing tastes better than a freshly grilled burger in the dead of winter. This was old-fashioned charcoal, though, so there were no problems with gas pressure.

It was in the teens I think, at night, and the wind wasn't too bad. The pressure from the gas just didn't seem too strong and the tank is brand new (and still heavy).

Just finished a couple of burgers. It is 20 degrees with a moderate wind. Didn't spend much time watching them cook. Burgers turned out great cooked them about 8 minutes on each side at med high heat. A little longer than usual, but the grill worked fine.
