I think you need to do two things. The first is let your grill get nice and hot, 300 deg , before you put the chicken on. The second thing you need to do is clean your grill. Clean the grate, clean the shield, clean everything. The gray is coming from either low heat or a lot of smoke from the drippings that have burnt onto the heat shield.</description>

When I cook Chicken or steaks on my Propane Grill it turns the meat "GRAY" !!
What is causing this ?  I tried switching Propane tanks, but get the same results !!
If anyone has an answer I would greatly appreciate an answer by my E-Mail.
