Grill Maestro

If you’ve noticed, the last time anything was posted to this site was back in the end of February, but do not fret because your novice guide to all things BBQ and grilling is back and better than ever. Just the other week, just to stretch my wings, I grilled up some southern style pork ribs and some chicken just to see if the grill still had its legs - and it did and man did I miss grilling.

So, while I’ll be away for three weeks at the end of the month for a little vacation, when I return the grilling will be in full effect and hopefully the posts will be more frequent. For those of you who have kept me in your RSS reader or pop on in from time to time, I appreciate your patience and thank you!
