Grill Maestro

On Wednesday we fired up The Big Easy and put in a pair of 4 pound chickens, I called them dueling chickens though they didn’t do much except sit in there and stare at each other. Unfortunately, I was a dope and not only did I put the chickens in upside down (it’s supposed to be breast side up) but when I took the temperature I messed up because I stuck it in the cavity and got myself a nice wrong temperature reading! That being said, I left the chicken in and just opted to pull out the cage to take the temperature of the breast meat. After about an hour, each of the four pound chickens was done and they were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to try our a nice fat turkey on it.
