Char-Broil is having a Big Easy Thanksgiving contest where they’re giving away a FREE The Big Easy Infrared Oil-less Turkey Fryer. All you have to do is send in an easy recipe for Thanksgiving and they’ll select five finalists on November 22nd and then announce a Grand Price winner within a week. The winner gets the fryer and gets to see their recipe in Sizzle on the Grill. Too bad they didn’t run this contest so that the winner would get the fryer by Thanksgiving, but what can you do?

Here are the rules:

1. You may Enter no more than three (3) recipes.
2. You must submit all appropriate information with each entry to be eligible for the grand prize.
3. Recipes must be ideal for Thanksgiving cooking and, in the spirit of The Big Easy: simple and easy to prepare.
4. You must be at least 18 years or older and have a U.S. shipping address to enter.
5. “CB” will serve as celebrity chef judge and will select at least five (5) of his personal favorites on Thanksgiving day November 22, 2007
6. The winner will be selected from the final five (5) and will be announced the following week if possible.
7. All recipes become the property of Char-Broil and may be reprinted with or without identification of the person submitting.
8. This contest is open only to residents of the 50 United States and U.S. territories, Canada, and members of the Unites States Military.
