I was doing some surfing and stumbled onto WhiteTrashBBQ (a Long Islander like I once was too) and mined his blogroll for other BBQ bloggers out there (no one corporate, just regular ole joes like you and me) so you’ll see some new names on the side there. One thing I’ve already learned? Smokey Bones sucks and they’re going out of business, glad I never drove the 20 minutes to go check them out.
